Since moving into the new manufacturing facilities in May 2008, China Grandaire now has all the manufacturing facilities under one roof in Dawang High Tech Development zone, Guangdong Provice, China. The manufacturing facilities include Aluminium Diffusion, Egg Crate Sheet and Press Metal, Powder Coating, Plastic Injection Moulding and tooling shop. |

This manufacturing division mainly produces aluminium egg crate sheets, press metal products, metal clips, neck adaptors and other accessories. We have a capability of producing 2 container (40FT) load of egg crate sheets in various sizes. |

We have been using contractor moulding for a few year. At the moment we are looking into purchasing a few injection moulding machines to establish the moulding shop over the next few months. |
